Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but I believe that with the right support, you can find the strength to navigate them and move toward healing. As a mental health therapist, I’m deeply passionate about walking alongside clients as they explore their experiences and work toward their personal growth.
I began my career working in a local high school, where I had the privilege of supporting students and families in both emotional well-being and academic success. This experience led me to pursue becoming a thearpist, where I’ve worked as a school-based therapist offering individual, group, and family therapy, as well as parent coaching. I also advocate for clients to ensure they receive the support they need within the school system.
Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working in day treatment and intensive outpatient programs, helping individuals navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, substance use, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and identity struggles. I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges, from life transitions to trauma and everything in between.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based. I believe that each person has unique strengths that, when nurtured, can help them overcome even the most difficult of challenges. Above all, I strive to build a relationship based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect—because I believe healing happens when clients feel seen, heard, and understood. In our work together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors at your own pace, always with the goal of helping you move toward the life you envision.
